Digital Marketing Manager – Europe & UAE (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital campaigns across Europe and the UAE. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape our online presence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data‑driven digital marketing strategy covering SEO, paid media, website optimisation, content marketing and analytics.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, forecast spend and continuously improve ROI.
• Oversee content creation for websites, email, social media and other digital channels.
• Improve website performance through SEO, landing‑page enhancements and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign results and produce management dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel 20‑30% of the time.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
