About the role

The Growth Sailor is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its Lisbon office. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives that support the company’s growth‑focused clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee daily activity on social media platforms and grow audience engagement.
• Create compelling web copy, blog posts and other digital content.
• Monitor and analyse web analytics to identify performance improvements.
• Collaborate with design, development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proficiency in marketing and digital strategy.
• Strong communication and social‑media marketing abilities.
• Experience writing engaging web content.
• Background in web analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus.
