Digital Executive – Digital Marketing Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Executive to shape and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies for our clients. Based in Lisbon, you will work within a collaborative, hybrid environment to deliver cross‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Define digital marketing strategies, including objectives, audience segmentation, channel mix, investment allocation and KPI setting.
• Set up, launch and structure campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4, Adobe Analytics and Campaign Manager 360.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns against defined KPIs, providing quantitative and qualitative performance analysis.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and both national and international clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning, executing, monitoring and reporting digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with full‑funnel campaigns and a strong focus on client business objectives.
• Proactive, organized and able to meet deadlines while working in a team‑oriented setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
