Digital Commerce Senior Manager

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Digital Commerce Senior Manager with 8‑10 years of consulting experience to lead strategic initiatives, drive Amazon business growth and shape the Data & Analytics roadmap for clients in Porto.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior client discussions on digital commerce, translating business objectives into actionable plans and ensuring coherent delivery across specialists.
• Drive Amazon management initiatives, overseeing vendor management, performance monitoring, assortment and content optimization, and promotional planning.
• Shape and execute the Data & Analytics roadmap, developing analytical frameworks and embedding analytics into client decision‑making processes.
• Prepare executive‑level materials, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and identify opportunities to expand client relationships.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of consulting or agency experience with a strong background in digital commerce and client account management.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships, influence stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Digital Commerce on third‑party platforms such as Amazon and Zalando.
• Experience with data‑driven analytics, hypothesis development and analytical framework design.
• Ability to translate complex data insights into business recommendations.
