DevOps Engineer

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join a team of 180+ professionals. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and scalable production environments, and enhancing observability across our cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, monitor and operate production workloads on Docker and Kubernetes (including EKS and bare‑metal clusters).
• Implement infrastructure automation, backup processes and performance testing.
• Collaborate with software, data and embedded teams to improve development efficiency and operational excellence.
• Manage monitoring, logging and observability solutions, and troubleshoot network issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
• Strong Linux administration skills and scripting experience with Bash and Python.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality.
