About the role
We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on monitoring applications and servers, troubleshooting production incidents, and supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the health and performance of applications and servers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Support deployments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and Ansible.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams.
- Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident and change management.
Required profile
- Strong background in Linux server administration.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Experience working with development and operations teams in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM incident and change processes.
Required skills
- Linux server administration
- Shell scripting
- Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
- Ansible automation
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace
- Basic Git and Bitbucket usage
- YAML and Groovy scripting
