DevOps Engineer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a DevOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (Solutions Informatiques) team. The position follows a hybrid work model based in the Porto office and supports the transformation of traditional banking through innovative IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on Jenkins.
• Architect, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• Manage and optimise cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) for high availability, security and cost‑efficiency.
• Deploy and maintain micro‑services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog) to proactively resolve performance issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles and foster a DevOps culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE or SysOps.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proven hands‑on expertise with Jenkins, including pipelines, shared libraries and plug‑in management.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
