Developer Relations – Peer-to-Peer (Remote)

About the role

Tether is looking for a Developer Relations professional to champion its Peer-to-Peer (P2P) runtime, development and deployment tool, Pear. Working 100% remotely, you will act as the bridge between external developers and internal product teams, ensuring the technology is accessible, well‑understood, and adopted across the blockchain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver technical content such as tutorials, blog posts, and sample code to showcase Pear’s capabilities.
• Present Pear at virtual conferences, webinars, hackathons, and community meet‑ups.
• Gather developer feedback, report insights to product teams, and help shape the roadmap.
• Serve as the voice of developers within Tether, advocating for usability and feature improvements.
• Build and nurture a vibrant developer community through forums, social channels, and direct engagement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Passion for blockchain, fintech, and open‑source ecosystems.
• Experience engaging technical audiences and fostering community growth.

• Ability to produce code examples and demos (language‑agnostic).
