Developer Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Developer Community Manager to act as a credible technical presence across developer communities. You will engage engineers on platforms such as Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn, Discord, Stack Overflow, Medium, and GitHub, helping to position our product as a trusted voice in open‑source discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in technical conversations on major developer platforms without overt product promotion.
• Answer developer questions, share expertise, and build long‑term trust.
• Identify high‑impact communities and discussions where the product can add value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to surface use cases and technical insights.
• Translate community feedback into actionable recommendations for product and engineering.
• Build relationships with technical creators such as bloggers, YouTubers, and newsletter authors.
• Leverage modern tools, including AI‑assisted workflows, to scale engagement while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, orchestration systems, and infrastructure tooling.
• Proven experience influencing developer communities and earning trust.
• Deep familiarity with platform dynamics on Reddit, Hacker News, X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.
• Excellent written English; French is a plus.
• Creator mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and produce valuable technical content.
• Highly autonomous, comfortable working in an asynchronous, remote‑first environment.
