Delivery Supervisor – Lisbon

About the role

As a Delivery Supervisor you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery process for vehicles in Portugal, ensuring that targets for dwell time, yield, cost per delivery, customer satisfaction and transactional accuracy are met or exceeded. You will work closely with Inside Sales, Order Operations, Finance, Logistics and Service teams to guarantee a smooth handover experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage high‑performing delivery teams to achieve timely vehicle arrivals and quality handovers.
• Oversee daily delivery operations, including vehicle arrival, readiness and day‑of‑delivery activities.
• Coordinate vehicle revenue recognition and final payment collection with Inside Sales & Delivery.
• Manage vehicle registration processes and ensure compliance.
• Plan, forecast and implement operational tasks, monitoring dwell, yield, cost per delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle delivery pipeline, customer escalations and delivery calendars using standardized dashboards and reports.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff throughout the full delivery cycle.

• Strong organizational, numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
