Data Analyst

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive product performance and user experience. You will work in a fast‑paced, AI‑focused environment, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, product performance and business metrics to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker, Power BI or Google Data Studio.
• Collect, clean and structure large datasets to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Define, track and report on KPIs for marketing, product and overall business performance.
• Use SQL, Python or R to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiment analysis to optimise features and engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks in user journeys and customer funnels.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and cloud‑based warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Data‑visualisation tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
• Programming languages: Python, R.
• A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
• User‑analytics tools: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses: BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake.
• Understanding of ETL processes (optional).
