Data Analyst – Business Insights & Automation

About the role

Decskill is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team and work directly with one or more banking business areas. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, supporting growth and strategic decision‑making through analysis, visualization and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Retrieve, clean, and analyse large and complex datasets using statistical models.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports with best‑practice data visualisation.
• Develop automated tools that deliver insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Professional experience with a data‑visualisation tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience in data analysis using Python (Pandas).
• Strong ability to analyse, synthesize and simplify complex information.
• Advanced English; French is a plus.
