About the role

Join a leading global cruise brand as a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Expert. You will handle inbound calls, sell and upsell cruise packages, and provide comprehensive support to guests and travel agents.

Key responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls in Danish.
Sell cruise packages and promote related products.
Cross‑sell and upsell additional services.
Provide post‑booking assistance and manage reservations.
Support travel agents with booking inquiries.
Answer questions about destinations, vessels, documentation, pricing, and more.

Required profile

C1 level proficiency in Danish.
Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
Proven sales experience.
Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus.
Strong PC literacy.
Fast decision‑making with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
