Content Reviewer / Detection Intel (Czech)

About the role

A global provider of customer experience and business process services is hiring an Operations Customer Expert I – Content Reviewer in Lisbon, Portugal, through David Kennedy Recruitment. The role reviews online content such as social media, webpages and advertising materials to ensure compliance with client policies, assessing text, images, videos and accounts and identifying potential policy violations. It also covers news and current affairs relevant to the Czech market, involving potentially sensitive content.

Key responsibilities

• Review social media, webpage content and advertising materials to ensure compliance with client policies
• Analyse images, videos, accounts and text to identify potential policy violations
• Monitor news, current affairs, political, cultural and social events relevant to the assigned market
• Assess content on sensitive situations such as riots and conflicts, and escalate cases that may affect Google products
• Log cases and escalate policy violations using internal tools
• Take part in client meetings to share findings and recommend process improvements
• Support the English market or other markets and workflows when required, using translation tools where applicable

Required profile

• Czech language at C1 level or above, spoken and written
• English at B2 level or above, spoken and written
• Strong understanding of the political, historical and sociocultural context of the Czech market
• Comfort reviewing potentially sensitive content on current affairs, politics and social events, riots and conflicts
• Ability to assess content accurately and apply policies consistently
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet productivity targets
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and support other markets
