CyberProgram Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

Join an international organization’s central IT risk and cybersecurity team, helping to define, structure and harmonise security practices across multiple entities. You will work on strategy implementation, monitoring of information system security and the oversight of IT continuity and resilience frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the maturity evaluation process for assigned entities.
• Support stakeholders in understanding requirements and providing required evidence.
• Assess submitted evidence against evaluation standards and conduct peer reviews.
• Communicate updates and changes that impact stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination between central IT teams and local entities.
• Document assessment results and contribute to governance reporting.
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve evaluation methodologies and processes.

Required profile

• Junior level (up to 2 years of experience).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cloud and container security (runtime hardening, image management, security processes).
• Understanding of IT continuity and backup management.
• Experience with cryptography, key and certificate management.
• Familiarity with network security concepts such as segmentation and architecture hardening.
• Awareness of standard frameworks (e.g., NIST or equivalent).
• Broad understanding of IT systems, security processes and regulatory environments.
