Application Support Consultant – French Native Speaker

About the role

Nextlane is looking for an Application Support Consultant who is a native French speaker to join its Customer Support Centre of Excellence. You will be the first point of contact for users of Nextlane’s automotive software, helping them resolve daily usage issues and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Analyse customer questions, provide clear guidance, and resolve issues within the defined support scope.
• Detect incidents, software bugs, or potential risks and follow up appropriately.
• Log, qualify, and document all requests in the ticketing system, ensuring correct prioritisation.
• Escalate complex or technical problems to back‑office or specialised teams with detailed analysis.
• Alert the Support Manager or relevant stakeholders about critical issues or possible customer dissatisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, reassuring communication style and keep customers informed about progress.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a strong desire to deliver high‑quality support.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in an international team.
• Strong organisational skills to manage tickets and follow established SLAs.
