Cyber Security Program Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Cyber Security Program Analyst to join our international cybersecurity team. The role focuses on assessing and improving cyber resilience, security maturity, and IT risk management across multiple global entities. You will work in a hybrid model based in Porto, collaborating with stakeholders across several countries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity maturity assessments for various business units.
• Support stakeholders in understanding cybersecurity requirements and assessment expectations.
• Review and evaluate submitted evidence against established standards and controls.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all assessments within the program.
• Communicate framework updates, requirements, and key developments to relevant parties.
• Facilitate collaboration between central IT providers and business entities.
• Produce assessment documentation, reports, and governance deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the evaluation process.
• Work closely with cybersecurity experts and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Required profile

• Experience in cyber security, information security, IT risk, or IT governance.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or equivalent standards.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity governance, compliance activities, and operational resilience concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage international stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
