Customer Support Specialist – French Speaker (Porto)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Porto. You will assist Bouygues Telecom customers through phone and digital channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing and basic technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Help users with subscription management, billing questions and simple technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with an international on‑site team to ensure high service quality.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level proficiency in French.
• Resides within 30 km of Porto and can work on‑site.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a customer‑service environment.

Required skills

• Fluent spoken and written French.

What we offer

• Base salary €930 per month paid 14 times a year.
• Performance bonus €100 per month for the first three months, thereafter variable.
