Customer Support Advisor – Portuguese/English & Spanish/Italian

About the role

We are seeking a multilingual Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Services team. You will provide advice, support, and solutions to our customers across Portuguese, English, Spanish, and Italian languages.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding account administration, billing, and order follow‑up via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle escalations and guide customers through OVHCloud processes.
• Keep customers informed about the status and resolution of their requests.
• Provide after‑sale support, including order tracking and payment follow‑up.
• Participate in team missions that support customer loyalty programs.
• Work shift schedules that may include weekends and nights, with a hybrid option available.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and either Spanish or Italian.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Customer‑centred mindset with a desire to make a positive impact.
• Motivation to work in an international environment.
