Customer Service Specialist – Hybrid (Lisbon/Braga)

About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Nestlé Business Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers. Working in a hybrid model, you will engage with clients through voice, email and chat, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs quickly and propose appropriate Nestlé products and services.
• Prioritise first‑contact resolution to improve service efficiency.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
