Customer Service Specialist - French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join Nestlé Business Solutions in Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for our B2C and B2B customers, delivering high‑quality support across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via voice, email and chat, handling both B2C and B2B inquiries.
• Welcome customers, identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise customers on our product and service portfolio, highlighting benefits.
• Prioritise first‑contact resolution to improve the overall experience.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn and collaborate.
• Demonstrated work ethic and respectfulness.
