Customer Service Specialist – French (Lisbon)

About the role

Join Atlean World as a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, solution‑focused support across phone, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat and email with a positive attitude.
• Resolve issues promptly and create a pleasant experience for each customer.
• Follow brand guidelines and quality standards on every interaction.
• Log and update customer interactions in the relevant systems.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2+).
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a clean criminal record.
• Ready to relocate to Portugal.

Required skills

• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
