Customer Service Specialist - Dutch Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join Nestlé Business Solutions and support the Nespresso brand. You will be the first point of contact for both B2C and B2B customers, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high satisfaction levels and aim for first‑contact resolution.
• Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into improvement opportunities.
• Advise customers on the full range of products and services to build loyalty.
• Present product benefits and spark interest in new offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer engagement or call‑center environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, organizational and results‑oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and collaborative spirit.
• Demonstrated work ethic and respectful behavior.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
