Customer Service Specialist – Airline (French Speaker)

About the role

Join a leading international airline’s customer support team in Portugal. As a Customer Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking passengers, helping them navigate their travel journey and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email and other channels with reservations, modifications, cancellations and travel‑related queries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, airline services and travel requirements.
• Support passengers during disruptions, propose suitable solutions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex cases following established procedures and maintain detailed interaction records.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and good English (minimum B2).
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, empathy and team spirit.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
