Customer Service Representative (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

This is a fully remote Customer Service Representative position based in Portugal. You will interact with customers through online channels, helping them resolve inquiries and navigate services while delivering high‑quality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive support via phone, video (Zoom) and virtual communication tools.
• Assist clients with inquiries, enrollment processes and general service guidance.
• Build trust‑based relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions or escalations, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow internal service guidelines.
• Collaborate with remote team members to ensure consistent service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic CRM or customer‑support systems.
• Quick learner, adaptable to a fast‑paced environment, and coachable.
• No prior industry experience required; training and mentorship are provided.
