Customer Service Representative

About the role
You will own all customer interactions and troubleshooting, following a guided system of questions and checks. When issues cannot be resolved, you will transfer customers to FirstNet Technical Support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide post‑sales operational support for business customers, including billing, reporting, and product assistance.
- Assist key contacts with wireless program management, handling rate‑plan changes, feature updates, equipment upgrades, and network troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Resolve complex customer issues that require in‑depth analysis and research.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of customer service or other customer‑facing experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
- Experience in a call‑center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, quickly, and accurately.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Equipment troubleshooting.
