Customer Service Representative – French Speaking (Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative who will provide phone support to French‑speaking customers in Porto. The role involves assisting both existing and potential clients with product information, service requests, and troubleshooting, while maintaining our high standards of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality phone support to French‑speaking customers.
• Assist customers with information, plan changes, rate adjustments, service activations, and address updates.
• Record and process customer requests in internal systems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in French at a minimum C1 level (required); English is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to commute regularly or relocate to the Porto area.
