Customer Service Representative – French Speaker (Guimarães)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Guimarães office. You will work in a multicultural team, providing assistance to customers via phone, email and chat, and helping to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French through phone, email and live chat.
• Provide clear, professional answers and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow up on each case to guarantee completion and customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the internal system.
• Contribute ideas to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written).
• Good level of English is a plus.
• Motivated, service‑oriented mindset.
• Based in Guimarães, Portugal.
• No prior contact‑centre experience required.
