About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Korean‑English Customer Service Agent to join a leading global brand. The position is 100% remote, based in Portugal, and focuses on delivering consistent, high‑quality support to our customers through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via calls, tickets, emails, or messages.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product/service to address requests and complaints effectively.
• Process customer requests, track interactions, and document information in the call‑tracking database.
• Enhance customer loyalty by ensuring a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Proficient or bilingual level of Korean and a good level of English.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication and listening abilities to understand customer needs.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and basic software tools.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced customer‑service setting.
