Customer Service Agent English Speaker - Night Shifts

About the role

As an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for SIXT’s customers, handling bookings, rental agreements, complaints and invoices. The role is fully remote and works on a night‑shift schedule from 6 pm to 8 am, allowing you to support customers when the world slows down. You will work with both private and business travellers, delivering a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on bookings, rental agreements, complaints and invoices.
• Support business and private customers by phone and email, guiding them through online booking systems.
• Resolve issues with a solution‑oriented mindset, ensuring a full‑service experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality and drive customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication.
• Ability to work fully remotely from Portugal on rotating night‑shift schedule (6 pm‑8 am).
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or BPO environment.
• Organized, resilient under heavy workload and dependable.
• Comfortable working in an international team and communicating across cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
