Customer Service Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

Join Farfetch’s Operations team in Porto as a Customer Service Advisor who will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers and partners. You will work in a relaxed yet dynamic environment, helping to deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience across the global marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone, providing accurate product and service information.
• Act as the face of Farfetch, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality experience for both consumers and partner boutiques.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order‑related issues and improve overall service quality.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company’s IT systems.

Required profile

• At least one year of customer‑service experience, preferably within a fashion or luxury retail environment.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
• Strong written communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Passionate about fashion brands and able to exceed customer expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard IT systems and Windows‑based applications.
