Customer Service Advisor – Dutch Market

About the role

Join a global leader in customer experience as a Dutch‑market Customer Service Advisor based in Porto. You will assist users of innovative tech gadgets and social media platforms, handling inquiries through email and chat while delivering a high‑quality, fast‑paced service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat with clarity and professionalism.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot product‑related issues, and guide users through solutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain service quality by meeting SLAs, accuracy targets, and communication standards.
• Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Adapt to evolving tools and procedures in a dynamic digital environment.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch (C2) and English at B2 level.
• Excellent written communication and ability to manage multiple chats/tickets.
• Experience in tech support, social media, or digital advertising is a plus.
• Strong adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to work rotative shifts, including weekends.
• Availability for a minimum 6‑month contract.
