Customer Representative (Portuguese-speaking) – Online Booking Services

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Representative in Porto, supporting Portuguese‑speaking travelers using online booking platforms. You will act as the first point of contact, delivering fast, accurate assistance across multiple channels while upholding high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone, logging all interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly and with empathy.
• Enhance loyalty by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout each interaction.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to optimise workflows and improve the overall customer journey.
• Identify recurring challenges, give actionable feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within travel or online booking.
• Passionate about travel and hospitality with a solid understanding of traveller expectations.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and document interactions accurately.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
