Customer Representative (German-speaking) – Creator Onboarding Support

About the role

Join Concentrix in Porto as a German‑speaking Customer Representative focused on creator onboarding. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns, introducing creators to Live Monetization features such as gifts, subscriptions and rewards, and guiding them through technical setup.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound calling campaigns to promote Live Monetization benefits.
• Convert leads by assisting creators with account creation and platform configuration.
• Handle objections, build rapport and secure commitment throughout the onboarding journey.
• Follow SOPs for data validation, account security and quality standards.
• Meet conversion targets, SLAs and service level agreements.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and proficient in English (B2) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Experience with outbound calls, telemarketing or sales activities.
• Previous contact‑center or customer‑service/sales experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with social‑media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
