About the role

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese‑speaking Client Advisors in Porto, Portugal. The role supports customers of a major global brand, delivering accurate information and a high‑quality experience in European Portuguese.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email, chat or other channels.
• Assist customers with product, service, account and order‑related questions.
• Provide clear guidance and accurate information in European Portuguese.
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Resolve concerns efficiently, aiming for first‑contact resolution.
• Deliver professional, friendly and empathetic service in every interaction.
• Document interactions and keep case information up‑to‑date.
• Follow established processes, procedures and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required.
• Maintain a positive client experience and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Native or fluent European Portuguese.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a professional approach.
• Strong problem‑solving and active listening abilities.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently and within an international team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal.

Required skills
