Customer Relationship Manager (French)

About the role

The Customer Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between Colt and its French‑speaking customers, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding through the entire service lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with sales, support, and technical teams to drive revenue‑generating activities and resolve customer issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, overseeing onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
• Partner with Sales to support transactional sales, renewals, and account projects.
• Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and act as the bridge between customers, Sales, and internal teams.
• Coordinate pricing, quoting, ordering, and contract activities to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Manage customer requests, resolve issues, and proactively escalate risks to maintain satisfaction.
• Communicate progress to customers using clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Lead customer meetings focused on service management and continuous improvement.
• Educate customers on Colt’s tools and promote digital self‑service.
• Handle invoicing queries in line with dispute policy and support initiatives to improve satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French.
• Proven experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑support role within a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver positive outcomes.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Adaptability to changing customer needs and business priorities.
