Customer Manager (M/F)

About the role

The Customer Manager will be the main point of contact for property owners at our flagship resort in the Algarve. You will build and maintain strong relationships to ensure the acquisition or continuation of partnerships and guarantee owner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop contact with owners to secure new partnerships or renew existing ones.
• Act as the primary liaison, addressing owner inquiries, concerns and feedback.
• Monitor and improve owner satisfaction through proactive communication and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with owner expectations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer relationship, property management, reception or public relations.
• Fluent English (required); German is a plus.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and argumentation abilities.
• Team spirit, creativity, organizational skills, initiative and conflict‑management capability.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
