Customer Logistics Planner

About the role

As a Customer Logistics Planner at Bosch in Ovar, you will be a key member of the supply chain team, responsible for planning and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply and demand processes. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and purchasing to ensure product life‑cycle logistics run smoothly and customer delivery targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Design, drive and implement improvements across the entire supply and demand chain.
• Manage product life‑cycle logistics, including phase‑in and phase‑out activities.
• Coordinate forecasting activities in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
• Handle order management for sales (exception handling, prioritisation) and purchasing for trade goods.
• Oversee inventory management, set logistics parameters and optimise delivery performance.
• Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory levels and logistics costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply‑chain or demand‑chain role, with proven project or team‑lead experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, results‑oriented and able to build strong professional relationships.
