Customer Engagement Representative I

About the role

The Customer Engagement Rep I role is a full‑time, regular position focused on providing high‑quality support to customers via inbound calls. You will guide customers through service orders, claims, account changes and product information while ensuring satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and assist customers with service orders, claims, account cancellations and product inquiries.
• Collect and input customer information into the system, document interactions and confirm agreements at the end of each call.
• Maintain accurate records in the database and follow up on cases according to defined procedures.
• Use and care for assigned resources such as workstations, computers and headsets responsibly.
• Adhere to company policies, quality assurance procedures and applicable local and federal laws.

Required profile

• At least 60 college credits (equivalent to two years of university study) and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Demonstrated empathy, kindness and strong interpersonal communication in customer interactions.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Writing, conversational and reading comprehension in Spanish.
