Customer Delight Representative – French‑speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Delight Representative to join our team supporting small and medium‑sized businesses that use Facebook and Instagram advertising products. You will interact with advertisers through live chat, email and outbound phone calls, helping them resolve issues and improve their overall advertising experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for SMB advertisers using Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Assist clients via live chat, email and phone, troubleshooting technical and campaign‑related problems.
• Identify recurring trends and challenges across multiple accounts and communicate findings to product teams.
• Offer guidance on product features and tools to enhance advertisers’ campaign performance.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolutions.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and proficient English (B2).
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support is an advantage.
• Flexible availability for rotating shift schedules, including weekends.
