Customer Care Coordinator – French & Iberia Market

About the role

Shotgun is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for users across the French and Iberian markets. You will ensure a smooth experience from ticket purchase to event day, helping fans and artists enjoy live music events.

Key responsibilities

• Understand user requests and provide prompt, compliant responses.
• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions such as automation, macros or shortcuts.
• Relay customer feedback and issues to tech, product, production and logistics teams.
• Contribute to improving FAQ, refund policies and other customer‑facing content.
• Collaborate with international teams to maintain consistent service standards.

Required profile

• Legendary empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent written and spoken French and Portuguese; good English proficiency.
• Structured, organized, rigorous and able to work autonomously.
• Hands‑on attitude, eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑growing startup.
• Previous customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
