Customer Advisor (French speakers) – Lisbon

About the role

Join a multicultural team in Lisbon as a French‑speaking Customer Advisor, providing high‑quality support for a leading entertainment and media brand. You will interact with viewers through phone and chat, helping them resolve technical and account‑related issues while delivering a seamless streaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with a variety of queries.
• Provide account and application support, focusing on software functionality.
• Deliver technical support, troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
• Offer accurate, real‑time responses to viewer inquiries.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (written and oral) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Passion for entertainment and media services.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal (EU passport or valid work permit).

• Base salary of €895 gross per month (14 payments per year).
