Croatian Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a native Croatian speaker to join a fast‑growing international technology company’s customer service team. You will help users of a widely used digital platform get the most out of their online presence by providing friendly, solution‑focused support across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries in Croatian via chat, email and phone.
• Provide accurate, timely assistance on product, billing and account questions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users step‑by‑step and propose solutions.
• Escalate complex or technical problems to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolved.
• Educate users about platform features and best practices.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collect user feedback and relay it to product and development teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Native‑level Croatian and professional English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or contact‑centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems and manage multiple tasks.
• Stable work history and a professional attitude.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools and standard office software.
