CRM Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Emma’s CRM team and lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our multi‑channel customer relationship programmes. You will work across Email, SMS, online messaging, loyalty and advocacy to deliver consistent, data‑driven experiences that boost engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise both broadcast and automated CRM campaigns, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
• Act as the primary liaison for country teams, providing performance insights, best‑practice guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Analyse campaign results, identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve key performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with Marketing, CRM and country stakeholders to drive growth initiatives.
• Generate new ideas to enhance CRM journeys and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Data Science or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in CRM management or a similar analytical marketing role.
• Proactive, reliable and ambitious with a strong problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to own projects, make data‑driven decisions and deliver measurable impact.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and automated campaign tools.
• Strong analytical skills for performance reporting and insight generation.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with multi‑channel communication (email, SMS, online messaging, loyalty programs).
