CRM & Marketing Data Specialist

About the role

Brokerslink is seeking a hands‑on CRM & Marketing Data Specialist to enhance its data, marketing and relationship‑management capabilities. You will work at the intersection of Salesforce, data engineering and marketing, turning complex data sets into actionable business insights for a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise client, partner, opportunity and campaign data in Salesforce, ensuring quality, consistency and accuracy.
• Integrate and cross‑reference data from multiple sources, creating parallel databases when required.
• Develop and automate data workflows using Python, SQL or similar languages.
• Consolidate, treat and analyse data in advanced Excel and build pipelines for imperfect or unstructured data.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and recurring commercial, campaign and activity reports.
• Identify patterns, gaps and opportunities, delivering ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
• Build audience segmentations and contact lists, supporting data‑driven campaign execution and performance analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Information Systems or a related field.
• Background in marketing, commercial or campaign environments with a strong understanding of data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Fluent English and professional proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
