Credit Collection Advisor – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Credit Collection Advisor to join a multinational company that produces and distributes medical and industrial gases. You will be responsible for managing collections, assessing credit risk, and supporting the finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively handle collection cases within an assigned client portfolio, following company policies.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
• Analyze creditworthiness using internal and external data and make informed decisions.
• Implement financial measures to improve collection performance.
• Advise on reconciliation, under‑payments and over‑payments.
• Address complex credit management issues in collaboration with Front Office teams.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school (high school) education.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or support.
• Minimum one year of experience in finance or credit management.
• Fluent French (C2) and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
