Creative Strategist - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join the Cellmetics Beauty team, a performance‑driven brand focused on high‑quality cosmetics for mature women. You will own the end‑to‑end creative process, turning insights and trends into compelling paid‑social assets that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development from research and concept creation through briefing, production feedback, launch and iteration.
• Translate customer insights, product benefits and beauty trends into persuasive hooks, scripts, headlines and CTAs for Meta paid‑social campaigns.
• Write detailed briefs for video editors, designers and UGC creators, specifying message, structure, visuals and desired outcomes.
• Analyze performance metrics at the concept, angle, hook and format level to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends, proposing original ways for Cellmetics Beauty to stand out.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting and iteration while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative or copywriting.
• Strong commercial mindset, comfortable reviewing CPA and ROAS alongside creative work.
• Ability to turn complex product benefits and insights into clear, persuasive creative.
• Curiosity, speed and a growth‑oriented attitude toward under‑performing ads.
• Fluent English communication with clear writing and constructive feedback.
• Self‑driven, organized and able to manage multiple concepts without losing detail.

• Choice of workspaces in Vilnius, Klaipėda or Riga, with a remote‑first option.
