Creative Designer

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Creative Designer to shape its brand identity and produce engaging visual assets across digital and print channels. You will work remotely with product, marketing and content teams to deliver consistent, high‑impact designs that support the company’s AI‑powered planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics and layouts for websites, social media, email campaigns, landing pages and print collateral.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and performance metrics.
• Conduct design quality assurance and ensure assets meet high‑quality standards across all channels.
• Produce deliverables in multiple formats using industry‑standard tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• Approximately three years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media and web.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Figma.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout and design best practices.
