Corporate Controller

About the role

Sonae Sierra is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes, and managing cash flow across a portfolio of retail real‑estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads, and conduct variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, including cash forecasting and monitoring of liquidity.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role (financial controller, analyst, etc.).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset, strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
