About the role
Join Sonae Sierra, a global real‑estate leader, as a Corporate Controller. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes and managing cash flow across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare timely financial statements in line with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts together with department heads, monitor performance and conduct variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, including cash forecasting and liquidity monitoring.
Required profile
- Academic degree in Economics, Management or Finance.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a financial controller or analyst role.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Understanding of project feasibility analysis.
